The CheckUp America Diabetes Test is a mail-in fingerstick test for diabetes, brought to you by the American Diabetes Association in cooperation with Home Access Health Corporation. This product allows an individual to self-test for diabetes from the comfort and privacy of their home.

This test is the same testing method used by Doctors and Hospitals throughout the world. One difference: it only takes a fingerstick sample of blood.
